Please allow up to 5-7 days for processing and shipping. All orders are handmade, and some items are not always premade. New releases will likely have longer processing times.
Once a packing slip has been printed, your order is being filled. If you receive a notice that your order was delivered, but not received, a claim with USPS will need to be filed.
Once shipped, Luminous Dips is no longer liable for the package.
Refunds
Due to the nature of the items being sold, refunds and returns will be determined from person to person. If returning an item has been decided an option, shipping costs will be covered by the customer unless otherwise stated. If there was damage to your order during shipping, please get in touch, but note that you will need to file a claim with USPS.
Luminous is not responsible for items lost in transit. Please file a claim for items that may have been lost with the USPS

Luminous Dips takes pride in their products, and tries to capture all colors and scents within the pictures and descriptions. Due to different settings, some colors may appear slightly different once received. There will be no refunds for color variations.
